Effective stress relieving, tempering, and
normalizing of fabricated, cast, or wrought steel components, require
carefully calibrated, well maintained furnaces, and experienced
technicians. MPD Welding Inc. is the only specialty welding facility to
offer you "Big Nitro", our custom Nitrogen atmosphere furnace.
Several of the furnaces in
operation were built in-house, including "Big Nitro" and our 12'x'12'x24'
car-bottom furnace, along with several smaller batch furnaces. We also
have a vacuum furnace on site for your delicate jobs.
